The Terracotta Room

The Terracotta Room is a mindful lifestyle place, driven by the love of art, nature, community and well being. Our mission is to do our part in global healing by making sustainable goods accessible. We want to provide an empowering space that generates conversations and education hoping to inspire and encourage others to do the same. By shopping sustainably sourced, ethically made, and fueling small businesses, you are positively impacting our planet and the people. Our wish is for our children to harmoniously co-exist in life, with a higher standard of well being and a protected earth, while still being able to have fun. It's no longer just hippies and flower children that are the leading symbol of green living. It's now our individual and collective responsibility in taking small steps to preserve this beautiful life.

Market Square Jewlers

From the very beginning, Market Square Jewelers has chosen to blaze our own trail in the jewelry world.  While other jewelry stores can feel one-size-fits-all, we have maintained our unique perspective through our reverence for vintage jewelry and fine gemstones.  With the goal of marrying these two passions, Market Square Jewelers was born.  We opened our first store in Newburyport, Massachusetts in 1984.

Granite State Candy Shoppe

Established and managed by the Bart family in 1927 where we have been delighting customers for three generations.
Today, the same homemade chocolates, candies and nuts are prepared daily and available to everyone on the Internet.
Enjoy your visit, e-mail us if you have any questions, and we look forward to serving you up something delicious
Peter, our granddad and founder of the Granite State Candy Shoppe, came to Lawrence, Massachusetts in 1909 from the Greek Island of Lesvos. In Lawrence, Peter found a job as a candy maker where he learned the trade and honed his skills. Several years later he moved to Concord, found an old building on Warren St and started making candies the old fashioned way. In the time honored tradition of our grandfather Peter we still use many of his original recipes and candy making techniques and equipment. He and his wife raised a wonderful family of five children. Two sons, Costa and George, took over when Peter retired, followed by grandsons Mike and Jeff.
